New Hzo Protected Tablet From Dell Is Made To Go Anywhere
The new Latitude 12 Rugged Tablet with HZO Protection is built to perform and survive in the world’s harshest environments
Draper, Utah – July 28, 2015 – HZO, Inc, the total solutions leader in liquid protection technology for PCBAs and electronics of any size announced today that it has partnered with Dell to protect its new Latitude 12 Rugged Tablet. The device was designed for on-the-go users who require reliability and performance in the field. The new HZO Protected Latitude 12 Rugged has a wide range of uses that includes emergency response, industrial work, and even the military.
HZO collaborates with product designers and manufacturers of electronics to integrate its protective technology to the inside of devices prior to final assembly. Working with Dell on its Latitude 12 Rugged Tablet is another leap forward for HZO, which has worked with a series of OEMs in the consumer electronics space, but this is one of the first devices with HZO Protection that is built to withstand long-term exposure to the harshest weather and industrial conditions.
“Working with Dell on its ruggedized tablet is an example of the far-reaching applications and industries where HZO can help protect essential electronics from damaging and corrosive environments”, said Sergio Leveratto, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at HZO. “This is a device that was designed to survive in places other electronics simply cannot, and HZO is proud to be one of the only companies offering solutions that make that level of performance possible for our customers.”
The muscular Dell Latitude 12 Rugged Tablet has been tested to the extreme and carries an IP65 rating, meaning it is protected against both dust and water. The Dell Latitude 12 Rugged Tablet will be available on dell.com by the end of July 2015.
